DID YOU KNOW...?
Norcross Porchfest brought an estimated 1,500 people into Historic Norcross for its first year, and the performers were incredible! Every act brought something different to the day, and together they created exactly the kind of energy we hoped for. Downtown felt busy from porch to porch, restaurants and businesses had extra foot traffic, and our Guitar lineup shirts sold out within the first few hours! (We still have a few Porchfest Pals shirts and stickers left!) We overheard visitors saying things like, “I want to live here!” and “How do I move here?” and one person even stopped by our headquarters to ask for information about moving to Norcross.
It. Was. A. Blast.
To everyone who invested in the event: thank you for your trust! If you attended: thank you for checking it out! So many people helped make the day amazing, from porch hosts and performers to volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and Norcross Police. THANK YOU! Jonathan and I also want to give a big day-of thank you to Pastor Matt and Jonathan from Norcross Presbyterian Church, Brent and Beth Comstock, Tim Sheehan and Radiant Events, Bill Elsey, Todd Wehs, and Stacy Kotenko! They jumped in, helped with both real and metaphorical heavy lifting at the festival, and kept things moving without delay. Norcross Porchfest 2027 is absolutely on our minds, so stay tuned!

Mother’s Day Pop-Up in Downtown Norcross
Celebrate Mother’s Day weekend in Downtown Norcross tomorrow, Saturday, May 9, from 12-5pm! Stop by 9 S. Peachtree for a Flower Wall Experience with Norcross-branded flower cards, then visit 127 S. Peachtree St. for Tea with Alice & the White Rabbit, a whimsical photo setup with vintage tea pieces. While you’re downtown, browse local shops, grab a bite, and celebrate the moms, mother figures, and loved ones in your life! Hosted by the Heart of Norcross Business Association and the City of Norcross.
Kids in the Wild at Pinnacle Park
Youth in Nature Network is hosting Kids in the Wild on Sunday, May 17, from 1-4:30pm at Pinnacle Park for ages 6-10! This free, hands-on day camp invites kids to explore local soil, learn how Georgia’s red clay can become art, and spend the afternoon outside as both artists and scientists! Register here!
