City Councilmember Josh Bare shared an update from Economic Development Director David Versel highlighting several possible changes around town. The plans include more than 750 potential new apartments along Holcomb Bridge, Techie Homes’ North Park Cottages moving into permitting, and a proposed Middle Eastern grocery with deli/takeout counter at 5875 Buford Highway. There are also early plans for workforce housing on Hunter Street, along with ongoing conversations with Truck N Tap about its future in Norcross! Read the full development update.

HNBA’s Historic Norcross Christmas Village Volunteers
The Historic Norcross Business Association is looking for two adults (18+) to help in the Kids Zone at the December 6 Historic Norcross Christmas Village, monitoring the inflatables and making sure children are playing safely, taking turns, and waiting in line. The volunteer time is from 12-5pm that day and can be split into shorter shifts. If you are interested, contact Stephanie Newton at stephanie.newton@norcrossga.net or 678-628-8793.
NCM Christmas Train Volunteers
A few volunteer spots are still open at Neighborhood Cooperative Ministries’ Christmas Train Village, including Kid Greeter and Train Guide Help roles. If you’d like to be part of the fun and support local families this season, sign up here!
