The Norcross Women’s Club, aka the first library in Gwinnett County, was featured on the news over fears that it was going to be condemned. Rest assured, the building isn’t (and wasn’t) going anywhere. Here is a link to watch the September 3 meeting about the historic building. The topic is first addressed at 1 min 30 seconds. Missions Clothing Closet
The Norcross First Global Methodist Church Missions Clothing Closet, located in the house in the front parking lot at 2500 Beaver Ruin Road, will be open from 10:30a–1p on Saturday, September 21. The Missions Closet is typically open one Saturday a month as a source of gently used clothing and accessories for men, women, and children for sale. All the proceeds benefit our mission teams and projects. Shoppers and donations are welcome!
Pedal Norcross
Pedal Norcross Committees is 'gearin' up for Pedal Norcross 2024 (Saturday, October 19, 3-6p), the annual bike ride around the City! They are looking volunteers to help with day of logistics including check in, traffic control, photography, on-bike guides for the ride, etc. If you would like to volunteer, please fill out the volunteer form.
