DOG OF THE WEEK
Alex Bruce is searching for a loving home for Pete, his late father's 8-9-year-old dog, Pete. After his father passed away, Alex and his wife, who recently retired and travel frequently to visit their six kids, began caring for Pete while seeking a permanent home for him.
Pete is a sweet, well-behaved dog who gets along well with both kids and other dogs. He is house-trained, rarely barks, and is not a "runner"- he patiently waits inside if the door is open. Pete is affectionate and happiest by your side, no matter where that may be. He’s very healthy, recently passing his annual vet checkup with no issues, and has a low-shedding, short coat. Alex hopes to find a home that can offer Pete the companionship he deserves. He and his wife are happy to dog-sit on occasion, whether for a weekend or a week-long vacation, as they enjoy doing so for family and friends when they are in town. Click here to see Alex’s post on Instagram with photos of Pete. Reach out to him at ajbrucewde88@gmail.com or 770.329.3361.
