Historic Norcross has a new ice cream shop! Butter & Cream’s new Norcross location opened last Friday, August 4. The shop, which also has locations in Decatur and on the Beltline, offers handcrafted ice cream and baked goods. They’re located at 127 S. Peachtree Street (next to the Rose & Hemp) and are currently open Monday-Thursday 3-9p, Friday 3-10p, Saturday 12-10p, and Sunday 12-9p!

Bananarama II: This Time It's For Fun
The Lionheart Theatre Company is thrilled to partner with Project Chimps! Project Chimps' mission is to provide lifelong care to former research chimpanzees at its 230+ acre forested sanctuary in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The fun performance, which takes place August 11-12 (tonight and tomorrow), will feature music, comedy, and drag queens! Purchase tickets through Project Chimps.
Farm Fresh Days
Farm Fresh Days will have a pollinator-themed children's story time and presentation during this market on Wednesday, August 16 at 5:30p! Food vendors will include Tasty Leia’s Empanadas, Avant Garde'n Plant-Based Foods, and Sweet Melts Cake Pops, in addition to our regular local honey, veggie, and lotion/body scrub vendors. It all takes place this Wednesday, August 16 from 4-7p at Thrasher Park!
Hispanic Heritage Celebration
The 2023 Hispanic Heritage Celebration takes place from 2-6p on Saturday, September 16 at Summerour Middle School (outside in the parking lot). The party will feature Hispanic music, food, and dancing!
